Seven are built in, and the Routines page suggests up to six at a time. Each has a version for a personal brand and one for a company, and you can read the full prompt before turning one on.
Read them even if you write your own. They show what a prompt that works on a schedule looks like. A job, with a window and a defined output, rather than a question.
Weekly plan
Studies the last week across your own posts and your niche, then plans next week at a pace you can keep and writes the first two posts ready to post.
The most complete one, and the most expensive in credits. Turn this on if you want the whole job done rather than research you then act on.
Trend report
The biggest trends in your niche this week, with the videos as proof and one post written on the best one.
Turn this on if you want to decide for yourself and just need to know what changed.
Competitor watch
Your competitors' outliers from the last week, why each one worked, and your version of the best one, ready to post.
Narrower than Trend report and more actionable. Reads the creators you follow, so it needs you to follow some.
Viral remake
Takes the biggest outlier video in your niche from the last week and writes your own version of it, ready to post.
Turn this on if you want one post a week built on something already proven in your niche.
Weekly review
Your outliers from the last week, why they worked, and the one thing to do more of next week.
Needs your own handle added in My Brand. Without it there is nothing to review, so it is not suggested.
Today's post
One thing worth posting today, from the last 24 hours in your niche, written in full.
The only starter that makes sense daily. Everything else wants a week or a month.
Refresh past winners
Takes your strongest posts from the last month and rebuilds them as new posts you can publish.
The cheapest way to usable output, if your back catalogue is decent. It works from material that already proved itself, so like Weekly review it needs your own handle.
Which to turn on first
If you follow creators and nothing else, Competitor watch.
If you have added your own handle, Weekly review, because it is the one that reviews your own posts.
If you want one routine to do everything, Weekly plan, and accept that it costs more.
Do not turn on every starter your plan allows. They overlap, and several overlapping reports a week is how a useful routine becomes something you stop opening.
Editing a starter
A starter becomes a normal routine once turned on. Change its prompt, cadence or delivery like any other.
