About you. What you do, who it is for, and what you sell. Concrete: strength coach for busy parents, twelve-week one-to-one programme rather than helping people get fit.

Audience. Who you make content for. Specific enough to exclude people. Parents in their thirties who want fitness that survives a chaotic week excludes most of the internet, which is the point.

​

Goal. What you want content to do, as an outcome you could count. Ten booked discovery calls a month is a goal. Grow my audience is not, and it gives Vamos nothing to aim at.

Positioning. What makes you different from everyone else doing this. This is the section that stops your drafts reading like your competitors'.

​

Write them the way you would brief a new hire who is good but knows nothing about you. Vamos reads all four on every piece of work, so vagueness here shows up everywhere.

Five things are scored: how deep the written sections are, whether you have content pillars, your website, your own handle, and writing samples.
