When a creator's page stays empty, it is one of four things. Check them in this order, because the first is the most common.
It is still scanning
The first read takes a minute or two. The page says so while it happens.
Wait, then reload. This is the answer most of the time on a creator added in the last few minutes.
The account is private
Nothing can be read from a private account. There is no setting and no workaround, and this applies to every platform.
You can still add them, and nothing will ever appear. If you are not sure, open their profile on the platform in a logged-out browser. If you cannot see their posts, neither can Vamos.
They have not posted recently
The page says the creator has not posted recently rather than showing an error. That is the truth about the account, not a fault.
Worth unfollowing if it stays that way, because a dormant account takes one of the creator slots your plan covers and contributes nothing to your brief.
The fetch failed
Vamos says the videos did not load and offers a retry. Platforms rate-limit and drop connections, so a single failure is usually nothing.
Retry once. If it fails repeatedly on one creator while others work, send us the handle.
Nothing for any creator
If no creator you follow is loading, it is us, and Live chat in the user menu is the fastest route.
