Explore is picked from your My Brand, and it leaves out the creators you already follow.
Your My Brand. What you make content about, including your content topics.
Creators you do not follow. Accounts that post about those topics. The ones you follow have their own tab, Following.
It is rebuilt every 7 days, on your workspace's own day, and refreshed daily. It looks at the last 7 days first and reaches back up to 30.
When Explore is empty
Explore tells you why.
Building your suggestions means the first build has not finished yet.
Suggestions could not be built means it failed, and Try again sits under it.
When every creator it found is one you already follow, or none of the rest posted anything new, it says that instead. Check it before assuming Explore is broken.
Fixing a generic feed
Sharpen your content topics. A topic that excludes nothing matches everything. Fitness pulls in the whole category; training around a full-time job pulls in the videos you would actually learn from.
Fill in the rest of My Brand. About you, Audience and Positioning shape the weekly pick too. A thin profile gives it very little to choose from.
Wait for the weekly rebuild. Changes to My Brand shape the next rebuild rather than the current feed. If you have just changed it, the rows you are looking at were built before you did.

If you do not want anything inferred, use the Following tab. That is only the creators you follow, newest first, with no picking.
Useful as a cross-check. If Following looks right and Explore looks wrong, the problem is your content topics.
