Buy one in Settings, then Billing, under Buy extra credits. They land on the account immediately.
Packs are available on Pro and Business. The free plan cannot buy them.
How they behave
Pack credits sit in their own balance, separate from your monthly allowance. Two things follow from that.
Your monthly reset does not touch them. When your plan credits go back to full, whatever is left in your pack balance stays where it is.
Changing plan does not touch them either. Move from Pro to Business, or back down, and the pack balance survives.
The sidebar shows both numbers, your monthly credits and your extra credits, so you can see which you are working through.
Whether you need one
Before buying, check what your work actually costs. The usage row under each answer shows the credits it used, and a few of those tell you more than an estimate.
If you are running out every month rather than occasionally, the next plan up is usually cheaper than repeat packs. Business is 6,000 credits a month against Pro's 2,000.
